How can artists and programmers begin and continue a dialogue with each other? Where might it end up? Matt will lead an informal discussion around these key questions, inviting your own contributions towards furthering a mutual understanding of the pitfalls and opportunities in developing those all important relationships.

Matt Burman is Head of Programme & Audiences at Warwick Arts Centre. He was Executive Producer at the Norfolk & Norwich Festival (2008-2011), and General Manager of Forced Entertainment (2003-2008). He has sat on the curatorial group for Caravan showcase of new English performance and the advisory committee for the British Council’s Edinburgh Showcase.
