Video Recipe – Traditional Afternoon Tea with Selina Losa (UK)

Food has always been a special feature at BE FESTIVAL. We love the communal experience of people coming together around tasty plates of food and drink. This year’s online festival will be no different. Whilst we’re not able to share a table, we can keep the social spirit of the festival alive by sharing recipes.

We may be stuck at home but, by using our imagination and food, we can transport ourselves to anywhere we want to go! So BYOB (bring your own bottle) and let’s cook together.

Every two days we will be releasing videos on how to cook tasty dishes from Spanish empanadas to traditional English afternoon tea – no flour required! And on Saturday, to get you in the mood for our “in house “ DJ party, we’ll be hosting a cocktail making workshop.

Join our team member and resident ‘chef’ Selina as she demonstrates how you can make delicious dishes to share and enjoy at home. So call your granny, dig out those handed-down recipes and cook some proper food. Make sure you share your  tasty creations with us by using #BEatHomeCookbook or email your submissions to selina@befestival.org.
