The festival opens with a panel discussion seeking to explore the impact of the pandemic on the cultural sector and what role art has to play now and post confinement. 

The arts sector has an obligation to support and value the work of the artists, now more than ever, guaranteeing the minimum pay rate, and making the survival of its ecosystem possible.

We have an invited a panel of professionals from across Europe who will be discussing this topic from different perspectives and contexts.
