The Brave Sons of Elijah Perry are a band of malingering reprobates – Doc DW, Queasy Joe, and one Tatum Perry – who bring country hollers and raw, rootsy stomps to the listening public via a single microphone and powerful performances. From blues to bluegrass, old-time to ragtime, it’s not a Brave Sons show without some whooping (and occasionally some whupping). Theirs is a crowd-pleasing, brow-beating, rambunctious, combustious, raising-the-roof-to-its-utmost, world-beating, folk-feasting style.
