Lynda created Joie De Vivre Ventures as a way of connecting with individuals through a variety of avenues that are nature and plant-based and this allows her to live and work her dream every day. She is a vehement advocate for mental well-being and aims to demonstrate how accessible and affordable it can be to make small and practical changes to our lives, through gardens, markets and food projects.
Participants need only bring themselves or any plant/seeds that they love to grow. On the day, she will be looking at the relationship between a sensory experience and mental well-being in the garden and nature and the many psychological benefits of taking time out, in a hectic world.
