Coming from a background of dance and theatre, Julia’s yoga journey began on a purely physical level but has now become so much more. Her aim is to share yoga and its many benefits to a wide range of people.
Yoga is for everyone, no matter your background, beliefs or ability. So, if you are new to yoga or have been practicising for years, join us for these free sessions.
In 2006, after several years of practice, Julie started training to teach in her home town of Birmingham. She has since continued to further her studies with many amazing teachers both here in the UK and in India. She has had the opportunity to learn with Geeta and Prashant Iyengar at the RIMYI home of Iyengar Yoga in Pune, India.
Julie has been a host for BE FESTIVAL artists along the past years.
Bring your own mat if you have one and wear comfortable clothes.
