BE FESTIVAL is a small arts organisation that delivers a lot on very little, and we are so grateful for the wonderful support we receive each year from our guests, funders and partners.

As a small organisation, we usually rely on the income from the festival to continue our exciting programme of theatre and outreach. Therefore, in lieu of being able to support us by physically attending the festival, we would like to ask if you are able to make a donation of any size to support the future festival and its programmes. Your donation during this challenging time will enable us to continue to plan, prepare and deliver activities such as our BE NEXT, our arts education and performance programme, supporting young people in the West Midlands this coming summer.

Donating to BE also gives you a fantastic opportunity to keep up to date with all our latest news before it’s announced to the public, becoming a key part of the BE Community and forging a deeper connection with BE FESTIVAL. After your donation you will receive an automatic email from our team welcoming you to the BE Community.

If you’d like to discuss supporting us further, please get in touch with us at info@befestival.org

Becoming a Corporate Partner of BE FESTIVAL

BE FESTIVAL is growing.  To help us develop beyond this year and to help us maintain an affordable ticket price and the offer of free workshops, we are actively seeking partnerships within the corporate sector.

We are a young, vibrant, international organisation dedicated to the promotion of mutual respect and the exchange of ideas through culture.

We are committed to providing a platform for European performing arts in Birmingham, diversifying and strengthening the city’s burgeoning cultural scene for both traditional and non-audiences.

Our marketing and communication strategies connect us with local, national and international communities and media.

There are many ways in which partners could benefit from and be involved in our activities.
Potential benefits could include:

Tickets for the festival performances and dinners

Advertisement in our brochure

Logo in prominent position on printed and online publicity materials

Branded sponsorship of a specific show or activity

Branded sponsorship of the press launch

Branded banners at the entrance to the main festival venue

Invitation to the festival Grand Opening night and drinks reception

Personal workshops or performances for you and your staff

Helping develop and enrich Birmingham’s cultural offer

Reach: Flyers (50.000 copies), brochures (3.000 copies), posters (600 copies), day programme (350 copies), e-flyer (mailing list of 10.000), website (+120,000 visits in a year).

These are just an idea of what we can offer. We are open to suggestions as to how we could work together for the benefit and growth of both of our organisations.
If you feel your company’s aims and ethos match ours then please get in touch, we’d love to hear from you.
